**Please note that we only accept exchanges by SF Express and mail to our designated address. The cost of postage is borne by customer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requests for exchange should be sent to our customer service department (contactus@ez-homie.com) via email (including transaction number, the reason for return or exchange, and product photo\/video details) within 7 days.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will check and verify the returned items before processing an exchange. If we find that the items do not meet the above exchange criteria, no exchanges will be made. When exchanging goods, the postage costs and handling fees (if applicable) for the returned goods will be borne by the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
